I was using the Optimist boat to go camping on the islands of Faro with friends; I was 11 years old.

All the professional sailors who have made their mark in the sport, and there are many of them.

To participate in the Olympic Games.

A notebook to write things down.

Learning new things, and at the moment, I am learning Windfoil.

Recycling and proper use of waste to avoid pollution.
What advice would you give to young sailors to protect the planet?
Today, young people are more aware of conservation than we are. Simple facts like recycling the products we use and avoiding plastics can make a significant change.
