Love cycling, going for long rides in the mountains. Also live music.

Always carry a reusable water bottle, and try to commute on my bike.

What advice would you give to young sailors to protect the planet?

Learn as much as you can about the ocean through your sport. If you respect it and care for it you’ll be able to enjoy it for the rest of your life.
