Q&A

What was your first sailing memory?

Sailing in Porquerolles and Port-Cros with my judo teacher when I was 10.

Who inspires you?

Jean-Louis Etienne

What is your favourite quote?

"La chance, c'est moi qui la fais" - Corto Maltese (the chance, it's me who make it)

What was your childhood sailing dream?

The Ocean Race and the Jules Verne trophy.

What hobbies do you have when not sailing?

Spending my time outside, in the mountains, on a bike, hanging on a rope (not around my neck :D), in a river, or simply hiking or reading.

Give us an example of a sustainable attitude to life - what do you do for a better world?

Buying local and bulk food to avoid transportation and plastic packaging.

What advice would you give to young sailors to protect the planet?

The planet is our playground, but don't leave any footprint. When you are at sea, in the mountain, or in the countryside, you should make your passage as transparent as possible for the wilderness: no waste, no noise, no harm.
